Analysis of the following Issues with recommendations are being prepared by a working group. 

Truck Loads

1. 1. Spillage of debris and odor from uncovered even when traveling short distances

   2. Weight and Frequency of trucks damaging roads and road repairs

   3. Damage to Railroad tracks and reserve funds for clean up of derailment

Truck Traffic 

1. 4. Number of trucks restricted many less than the 225 per day

   5. Road repair ownership identified

   6. Restricting which roads and direction on those roads to be used for truck traffic

   7. Operating hour restrictions outside of school bus schedule

   8. Traffic light installation and road widening
