A Working Group is investigating impact on property values and brainstorming alternatives. 

Potential impact to homeowners in Sahuarita (and maybe Green Valley) could suffer a decline in their home values, maybe $50,000 to $150,000.

At October 2023 Sahuarita Town Council Meeting Mark Zimmerman expressed concerns with the Vulcan Property Values Report based upon when and how data was captured.. Read more about the concerns raised to the Town.


Disclosing the Vulcan Plant on QC Real Estate Transactions 

A resident reported that several local agents believe it is now a requirement that Quail Creek sellers must disclose the proposed Vulcan asphalt plant on the residential seller disclosure advisory form.     see more
